Users retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading, you grant CampusKita a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content on the platform.
2. Prohibited Content
Do not upload textbooks, publisher materials, or any content protected by copyright that you do not own. This includes pirated materials of any kind.
3. Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without permission, contact us via Instagram @campuskita.my with details of the infringement.
4. Takedown Policy
We will promptly remove content found to be in violation of copyright law upon receiving a valid takedown request. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.
5. CampusKita IP
The CampusKita name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of CampusKita. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
6. Academic Fair Use
Past year papers and student-created notes shared for academic reference purposes are generally considered fair use under Malaysian copyright law.
